§ 01 · Niches

Six niches. One workflow.
Every scene moves.

Each story format has its own visual grammar. Storimotion ships sub-niche templates tuned for the way each genre actually looks — and animates accordingly.

§ 02 · The Problem

The faceless boom hit a retention wall.

Story-narration channels post 3–7 long-form videos a week and pair AI voiceover with static images. In 2026, that workflow stopped working — viewers drop off, the algorithm penalizes, and creators spend more on tools than they earn.

Static visuals and repetitive B-roll cause passive drop-off — viewers don't consciously click away, they just stop paying attention. Change your visual every 2–3 seconds.

§ 03 · Why Now

Three forces converged in the last 18 months.

The market shifted. The technology got cheap. The audience got too big to ignore.

January 2026

YouTube wiped 4.7B views

16 channels with 35M combined subs lost an estimated $10M/yr after the "inauthentic content" policy explicitly targeted templated, low-variation videos. Static slideshows became algorithmic liability overnight.

Model Cost Collapse

Image-to-video at $0.23/clip

Hailuo 2.3 ships 5-second 720p motion at $0.23. Kling 3.0 at $6.99/mo for 4K. Veo 3.1 unlimited via Gemini at $20/mo. The tech is finally cheap enough for per-scene motion in long-form video.

Creator Demand

Faceless is 38% of new monetized

Up from 12% in 2023 — the format tripled in three years. $266M flowed to AI video tools in 18 months. All of it landed at the model layer. The workflow layer for creators is still wide open.

§ 04 · How It Works

Four steps. One workflow.

Built around how story creators actually work — not how the AI tools want you to work.

1

Upload narration

Drop in your voiceover or AI-generated script. We auto-detect scene breaks from pacing and punctuation.

2

Generate scenes

AI generates scene-aligned visuals using your channel's style template. True crime, mythology, horror — each tuned.

3

Upgrade to motion

One-click batch upgrade of key scenes to real AI motion. Hailuo, Kling, or Veo — routed by content type and budget.

4

Assemble & export

Narration-synced cuts, auto-captions, retention-optimized pacing. 1080p export in under 20 minutes.

§ 05 · The Product

This is what the workflow looks like.

Scene-by-scene control over visuals, motion intensity, and model choice — without ever opening Runway, Pictory, or six other tabs.

§ 06 · Features

Built for the workflow, not against it.

01 · Batch motion

Per-scene image-to-motion

Upload your scripted scene list. Storimotion generates and optionally animates every scene in one job. 50–100 scenes per 15-minute video, all aligned to your narration.

02 · Sub-niche templates

Style grammars by genre

True crime gets desaturated, atmospheric lighting. Mythology gets painterly composition. Horror gets contrast and grain. Each template tuned with niche conventions baked in.

03 · Narration sync

Beat-aligned cuts

We analyze your voiceover and place scene cuts where your story actually breaks — not on arbitrary timestamps. The result reads as edited, not assembled.

04 · Cost-aware routing

The right model per scene

Hailuo for atmospheric establishing shots ($0.23/clip). Kling for character-heavy moments. Veo for hero scenes. We route automatically based on content type and your budget cap.

05 · Policy safe

Variation built in

YouTube's January 2026 enforcement targets templated content. Every Storimotion video varies per-scene composition, color, and pacing — so your channel doesn't trip the algorithm.

06 · Multi-channel ops

Run a network from one dashboard

Studio tier supports up to 20 channels with separate style templates, billing, and review queues. Built for faceless networks producing across multiple niches.

§ 07 · Pricing

One bill. Replaces six tools.

Most story creators run $150–$340/month across Runway, Pictory, Descript, ElevenLabs, Opus Clip, and CapCut Pro. Storimotion consolidates the visual layer in one product, at one bill.

§ 08 · FAQ

The questions everyone actually asks.

How is this different from Runway, Pika, or Kling?

Those are raw image-to-video models — they generate one clip at a time and don't know about your narration, your scene structure, or your channel. Storimotion sits on top of them. We batch-generate 50–100 scenes per video, align them to your voiceover timing, and route each scene to the cheapest model that gives the quality you need. You'd spend $80–$300/month on credits to do this manually. Storimotion does it for $79/month.

When are you launching?

Closed beta opens summer 2026 for early-access list members. Public launch follows in Q4 2026 once we've stress-tested the workflow with 100+ creators. Join the list above to get in first — the first 500 members lock in 50% off for the first 6 months.

What about YouTube's AI-content policy?

YouTube's January 2026 "inauthentic content" enforcement specifically targets templated, low-variation videos. We've designed Storimotion around that constraint: every video varies per-scene composition, color palette, motion style, and pacing. Channels using a tool that ships identical-looking videos every day will get flagged. Channels using Storimotion produce visually distinct work each time.

What sub-niches do you support at launch?

Day-one templates: true crime, mythology, horror, Reddit story compilations, dark history, and personal survival narratives. We're starting with true crime and mythology as our beachhead because they have the highest RPMs ($5–$14) and the most production-conscious audiences.

Can I bring my own voiceover, or do you generate one?

Both. Upload your own narration (any major audio format) and we time the scenes around it. Or generate one through us — we partner with ElevenLabs for AI voice and include credits in the Pro and Studio tiers.

Do you store my narration audio?

We keep your audio for 30 days to support re-renders and edits, then auto-delete unless you've explicitly archived it. We never use your audio or videos to train models. Studio tier includes immediate-delete and a contractual non-training clause.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No annual contracts on Starter or Pro. Studio has a month-to-month default with a 20% discount for annual commitment. Cancel from the dashboard — no email gymnastics, no retention calls.
